STAGE 2: BUDDING PACKAGE

Advanta will conduct a one-hour kick-off meeting (via teleconference) with the core team members of your team to determine:

• Long-term Marketing & Operational Objectives
• Accurate Definition of Your Company’s Core Values & Mission Statement
• Identification and understanding of Competitors and Partners

A brand identity is not solely a logo-mark or logotype, but rather a personal expression and extension of a company’s personality and core philosophy. Your brand identity is then seamlessly translated across all communication materials, whether print, digital or interactive. Through its outward-facing style, via applied graphics, and consistency through clear messaging, a developed brand successfully differentiates a product, service, and company from its competition across all platforms.

To create a consistent style and visual theme for your company, the Advanta team will design the website Homepage and initial subpage, marrying the current website page structure – current template layout (per re-skin), and applying and updated visual approach to typography, user interface elements, graphic elements, photography stylization and overall look & feel. TThis visual branding strategy will create a distinct graphic/branding style incorporating the company’s logo that will be applied to the new website and utilized on all future marketing collateral.

Advanta will develop relevant visual representation of information, data, and knowledge clearly and visually through stimulating icons and infographics. Icons and infographics simplify how information is broken down pictorially to communicate efficiently a process, idea, service, or product capability instead of having the viewer read multiple paragraphs of descriptive content. These graphics may represent your core product/service areas, providing the viewer with attention-grabbing, bold, and informative graphics. This will reinforce the brand styling by utilizing quick recognition of the company’s valuable offerings.

While expanding and refining your company’s updated brand Advanta will search for ten (10) stock photographs relevant to your company’s industry. This will help your company develop an arsenal of photographs that will be enhanced and prepared for use on the website, as well as any future marketing collateral

Advanta recommends transferring all websites to WordPress, which is an open-source CMS platform that provides excellent flexibility, ease of use, customization, and stays updated with the current and changing technologies.

Advanta will need to set up a staging server and point your domain to a Virtual Private Server (VPS). This process is required to provide your company with appropriate hosting that sets your website up with a flexible, reliable, and expandable hosting plan. Please note, the time involved to complete this process will vary based on your current setup. Your current hosting and domain setup may require a unique approach to migrate to a VPS properly. We have accounted for the standard process; however, the complexity of your current setup may require a more involved and time-consuming course of action. Advanta will adjust the cost accordingly after assessing your existing setup and determining if a simple, standard, or complex approach is required. (Included: Environment Preparation, Database Migration, File Transfer, Integration, & Debugging.)

SSL Certificates are small data files that digitally bind a cryptographic key to an organization’s details. When installed on a web server, it activates the padlock and the HTTPS protocol and allows secure connections from a web server to a browser. Typically, SSL is used to secure credit card transactions, data transfer, and logins, and more recently is becoming the norm when securing browsing of social media sites. Since 2014, Google has been giving websites with an SSL Certificate a small ranking benefit and a boost for SEO.

A site map is created to organize the pages of your website into a cohesive structure, so navigation is simple for both you and your visitors. The user flow is built from the sitemap to outline the path a user will take on a website to accomplish a specific goal. The better you facilitate the user moving from start to finish on a particular process, the easier the product is to work with, and the more likely a user is to return. The site map and user flow are used in conjunction with developing a website that is easy for your users to navigate and find the information they are seeking. The Site Map & User Flow Development includes the organization of the base pages of your website.

Please note, both the site map and user flow development will require client involvement to ensure they match your company and users’ specifics. Also, the organization of your current Media is not included in the cost outlined above.

This Fifteen (15) page website (Fifteen (15) base pages & Four (4) supporting pages) will utilize your current website template structure. This allows Advanta to redevelop your current website into a WordPress CMS platform that allows for a fully responsive programmed website (smartphone, tablet, and desktop). Advanta will utilize the visual brand expansion (outlined above) to showcase content and pictures on the new website. This will provide the website greater flexibility to adapt to ever-changing mobile platforms, increase positive user experience, boost targeted SERPs, and generate pre-screened leads for business development.

Based on the work detailed in this Stage 2 Budding package, Advanta provides account/project management and creative direction services during each project listed. This will ensure timely planning, development, and implementation of each program tactic, aiming to keep the per-project scope of work costs down

This encompasses the time involved in any client-requested SEO, Programming, Design, or Account/Project Management (i.e., troubleshooting, additions, or changes) outside of the scope of this Stage 2 Budding package. Additional requests from the client will be researched, estimated, and a quote provided to the client to be approved and billed separately

Advanta will provide a training document that outlines instructions on how to complete standard website edits. An Advanta Web Developer will conduct a 1-hour training session covering the items and steps included within the shared training document
