Advanta will add a button to the footer of your website to encourage viewers to subscribe to emails. The button will follow the existing, established button style. Advanta will add the button to the footer of every page of the WordPress website.

The client team will develop the subscription form and provide Advanta with the URL to be used for the button before development. Should your team require Advanta to develop the subscription form, an estimate of time and work involved will be shared for your review, feedback, and approval.

Advanta will create a news ticker section above the existing website navigation. This will be a closable pop-up that will inform the user of the latest company announcements and news. The news ticker can help lead the user directly to an important update at the website’s forefront. Following the ticker’s development, our Programming team will prepare a brief how-to document for updates (please note: this does not account for a phone conference walkthrough).

In support of Title II of the American Disabilities Act Advanta will implement a plug-in, which can help people with disabilities overcome barriers websites may pose for the visually impaired. This includes features such as increase/decrease text, grayscale, high/negative contrast, light background, etc.

The addition of a live chat to your website can help increase sales and customer communication. The chat feature we are proposing will allow you to chat directly with your customers, enable your customer service and business development representatives to switch between available easily and not available and provide customers email support during offline hours. In addition, the plugin has a desktop site as well as android and IOS applications. Advanta will develop a cookie accept/decline pop-up when entering your existing website. The pop-up will appear for first-time website users and after a user has cleared his or her cache. The cookie pop-up will give users the option of accepting or declining the cookies. The pop-up will contain a link to the existing Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions page. This feature will allow you to alert your user of security practices regarding personal information, supporting GDPR compliance.

Advanta will design and program a new Request-A-Quote Form on the website, which will include a reCaptcha (Akismet is an anti-spam service that helps to protect your site from comment and contact form spam).

This individual email blast will reinforce your brand, allow you to re-engage with current customers, enable you to draw new customers’ interest through a personalized announcement of your continued commitment to the proactive growth of your company, and to improve your visitors/customers experience on your website all while boosting website traffic. In addition, the announcement call-to-action will provide customers with increased resources to get in touch with your company.

After the final design of the Website Launch Announcement email blast has been approved, the Advanta team will begin the programming/development of your email blast, share with you a test for your amendments, make any necessary amendments accordingly, and submit back to you for final approval. Advanta will schedule the email blast deployment date to follow the new website launch and post launch QA. Advanta requires email data lists to be provided at least three (4) business days in advance of a scheduled deployment date.
